On October 4th, 2022, the Dutch Red Windmill welcomed Fred and Diana as its new proprietors.​​​
Diana, known for her beloved spot "Diana's Pancakes" near Barcelo, previously owned a similar pancake restaurant next to the windmill.
Fred is recognized for his former restaurants: Chef's Tables, 2 Fools and a Bull, and Fred Restaurant in downtown Oranjestad.
Together, they launched "King Fred & Princess Diana,"
all inside the iconic windmill.
Diana serves Dutch pancakes in the morning, while Fred offers international cuisine for dinner.
